Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.
For orders involving custom designs, cancellation is not possible once the design has been processed, regardless of when the cancellation request is made.
Refund and Return Policy
We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting our hair accessories and apparel and your satisfaction is very important to us!
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!
Please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery for any damage claims and the send the product back at the warehouse within 7 days of raising a ticket. All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece. PLEASE NOTE - UNCUT AND PROPER UNBOXING VIDEOIS MANDATORY.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions.
Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our products! So please reach out if you're needing assistance.
Label Bombae does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.
Please note that we are a 0 waste company hence we produce in small batches. Customization may take longer to ship out than the ones available in stock.
