Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!
Please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery for any damage claims and the send the product back at the warehouse within 7 days of raising a ticket. All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece. PLEASE NOTE - UNCUT AND PROPER UNBOXING VIDEOIS MANDATORY.
